Happy Birthday, Charlie!
I got you a LEAF!! But not an ordinary leaf. Oh no. A leaf that hangs over your bed so you can pretend that you're a little bug, or a frog. Or maybe even a newt. Wouldn't you like to pretend to be a newt? All the cool kids spend THEIR afternoons pretending to be newts. It's the in thing.
To go with your leaf, I got you this bed, too. Not that I expect you'll be using this bed to sleep in. No, I expect that you will use this bed as your little newt bungalow. Because that's the only thing a bed is good for (at your age...)

Oh he would love that present! And we ARE in the market for a big boy bed sometime in the future. WHERE would I get that cool little newt palace? It's adorable!
